Why can’t HEALTH and WELLNESS be a passion?
It’s true that we only get more concerned about wellness when sickness takes over our bodies. And it’s an irony that we work ourselves to exhaustion for the money and prestige, only to wake up one morning to find out our health is already on the line.
Sure we love to run and we get excited by the competition that racing provides, but we can up the notch and become role models of health and wellness in real life.
Once in a while there comes a race that puts skills and agility to the test, reminding you that fitness and health come from within, the beautiful coordination of muscles and bones forming your body and core strength.
Definitely not your ordinary kind of fun obstacle course, “Awareness for Wellness: Speed Bump Obstacle Race” will commence in the morning of March 25, 2018 at the Amoranto Stadium in Quezon City.
Over 10 various types of obstacles (SPEED BUMPS) will be spread all over the venue as participants have signed up to do either two or four kilometers of running. Part of the proceeds will go to the Hope For Lupus Foundation.

The proponents of this event, premier chiropractor Dr. Rob Walcher and wife Patricia Javier, know health and wellness by heart. Formerly based in California and with two growing sons, the family made the decision to relocate to the Philippines in 2015.
